A Universal life force drives all living things. We were born with the ability to connect with this divine energy and direct it into the body to repair our wounds, replenish our energy, and promote longevity. Many people report profound changes in their physical wellbeing.

When we learn to understand and work with our thought patterns in a constructive manner, we can change the relationship we have with ourselves and our loved ones in wondrous ways. We can harness our minds to produce the lives that we wish for.
How this work found me
I didn't choose this work. It chose me. When the other kids were asking for toys at Christmas, I asked for a doctor's kit. I'd listen to heartbeats with my plastic stethoscope and tap knee caps with my fake rubber mallet. Family and friends would pretend they felt better. The feeling that gave me became the driving force behind everything that followed.
My great-great-grandmother was a healer and midwife in Rimouski, Quebec in the early 1900s. My grandfather was a dowser. When the other farmers wanted to know where to dig their well, they'd get him to walk their land. He could sense the vibrations of the earth below him, and he always knew when he was standing over water. He was one hundred percent accurate, every time.
I grew up inside that lineage. My own ability showed itself when I was eleven. A vision came to me and showed me how to heal my debilitating tension headaches through visualisation. I practised it until the headaches stopped completely. I haven't needed headache medication since.
In 2008, a First Nations medicine man looked at me and said I had no idea what was coming, because I had forgotten who I was. He was right. Shamanism has been part of my practice ever since.

Q. What is energy healing and how does it work?
Energy healing works with the body's subtle energy system to restore balance, reduce stress patterns, and support the body's natural ability to heal. It doesn't replace medical care. It works alongside it. Mark has practised energy healing for over 50 years, working with clients across a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health conditions. Many of the people he works with come after years of trying other approaches that have helped, but haven't fully resolved their health challenges.
Q. What is shamanic healing?
Shamanic healing works at the level of the soul. It addresses what Mark calls "Soul-Level Trauma™," the fragmentation and energetic disruption that occurs when we experience trauma, loss, or prolonged stress. The soul doesn't process these events the way the mind does. It breaks. A piece of it stays behind, stuck in the energy of what happened, reliving it in an endless loop. This affects our mental, physical and spiritual well being in negative ways. Contemporary shamanic healing techniques, including soul retrieval, power restoration, and spiritual clearing, are how we go back for those pieces for you and heal them. No particular belief system is required.
