Article 11: There is Gold in the Old
When I started my healing practice 16 years ago, people would look at me like I had three heads when I used terms like energy healing or shamanism.
Fast forward to today and there is a growing curiosity as people are tired of being on the pharma-treadmill that oftentimes only treats the peripheral and not the core of the problem with the body.
Modern psychology is failing mental health in an astonishing fashion, in my experience, especially when it comes to teenagers. I am appalled at the lack of support they receive at this most difficult and delicate stage of human mental development.
The health of our spirit is perhaps the most under-developed segment of our overall health.

It's not their fault, as spirituality has been scrubbed from the halls of the medical learning institutes.
The old schools know better however...
They are well aware that the soul holds the energetic connections to our past traumas, from this lifetime and others.
It fragments at each traumatic instance.
It is incredible to watch people come to realize the concept that they need to heal the missing parts of their spirit.
It is the oldest form of mental health therapy on earth.
Of all the tools in my expansive tool kit, it brings about the most dramatic changes in a person's life in the shortest amount of time.
People are tired of being tranquilized in an effort to drown out the suffering of their spirit.
They are digging for the gold in the natural ways, and learning to implement the healing tools that have stood the test of time instead of repeatedly downing, "the latest and greatest discovery," with little or no positive outcome.
It brings me great joy to see that the old is making its way back to becoming new again.
It's as organic as it gets.
We were born to do this.
