Article 29: Energetic House Cleaning

I am spinning particles that hold electrical charges. They make up my energetic field.

Every person, place and thing I encounter are also spinning particles, which makes up their energetic field.

We mix with the fields of other people, places and things on a constant basis.

Some are positively charged and will enrich my experiences when I encounter them.

Others are negatively charged and they can overload me energetically if I allow too much of their energy to build up inside my field.

There are many techniques we can use to clear our field of negatively charged energies. I must employ one on a daily basis if I want to have the very best experience in this magical meat suit.

Most of what troubles us does not even belong to us in the first place. We accumulate other people's crap and we do not clear it out.

Think of your field as your energetic house. How often does your home need cleaning? What happens to your living space if you never clean it?

What if other people came by and dumped their crap inside, on top of your own?

It would look like a hoarder house in no time flat, packed full to the rafters. It would become unbearable.

This is what happens to us energetically, when we don't take responsibility to clean our field on a regular basis.

We can create enough baggage on our own, we don't need to be carrying the energy of everyone else's negative vibrations around with us.
