Signal Restoration Therapy™
Is the pain not stopping no matter what you try?
The aching back, the sore neck, the shooting pain down your legs, the burning tingling numbness in your hands and feet that wakes you at 3am and follows you through the day. You have tried the medications, the physio, the specialists, and some of them helped for a while but none of them reached the source of it. Maybe nobody has been able to tell you where it is actually coming from, or you have been told it can only be managed and never fully resolved, that this is simply how life is going to feel from here on out.
What if they were looking in the wrong place? What if the pain was only the messenger, pointing to something deeper, a disruption in the signal between your brain and the part of your body that won't stop hurting. Not a structural failure, not a permanent sentence, but a communication breakdown between your brain and the affected area, one that can be repaired.
What if the body already knows how to do exactly that, and we were born with the capacity to reset the nervous system and reopen the channel between the brain and the tissue, the nerve, the joint, the organ that stopped receiving the message it needs to heal? What if restoring that signal is not only possible, it is exactly what your body has been waiting for?
How Does a Signal Become Disrupted?
There is no single cause. Across my years of professional practice since 2008, the disruptions I have witnessed have arrived in many different ways. It can begin with a physical injury that the body started healing and then somehow stopped, or with toxins that accumulated in the cells over time and quietly interfered with the body's ability to send and receive its own instructions. Chronic stress applied relentlessly to a nervous system that was never designed to run at that pitch will disrupt the signal over time, as can genetics that handed you a compromised pathway before you ever had a say in the matter. Autoimmune conditions can turn the body's own communication system against itself, and surgical procedures, even successful ones, can interrupt something the surgeon couldn't anticipate, leaving the body with a signal that never fully reconnected after the intervention.
Knowing the cause is helpful, but regardless of how the disruption arrived, the body has not forgotten what proper communication feels like. The blueprint is still there, the channel is still there, it has simply gone quiet or is distorted in some manner. And that is exactly what Signal Restoration Therapy™ is designed to address.
Your Incredible Machinery
Cells carry an extraordinary amount of healing intelligence already encoded within them and much of what the body does to maintain and repair itself happens autonomously without any direction from you at all. But the brain and the nervous system act as the master regulatory system that keeps all of that cellular activity operating in harmony. When the brain's signals are flowing properly the cells work in a kind of breathtaking biological concert, each one knowing its role and performing it precisely. When those signals become disrupted or distorted that harmony breaks down. The cells don't stop working, but they begin operating outside their normal coordinated flow, and this is where chronic conditions, persistent pain, and stalled healing take hold. The intelligence is still there inside the cell. It is simply no longer receiving the direction it needs to express it properly.
When a signal between the brain and a group of cells is disrupted, those cells do not problem solve. They simply wait for the healing instruction from the brain that tells them what to do next. In many cases that message arrives on its own and healing proceeds naturally over time, the way it does when you cut your hand and the brain sends the signal and the hand heals without you giving it a second thought. But sometimes that message never arrives because the channel between the brain and the affected area has been disrupted or distorted, and the cells keep waiting in a kind of suspended state, neither healing nor receiving, just holding until the communication that isn't getting through finally does.
Restoring that communication is what Signal Restoration Therapy was built to do. Through conscious intention, focused direction, and techniques refined over thousands of sessions since 2008, the disrupted signal between your brain and the affected area can be restored, the healing message that never arrived gets through, and the body finally receives the instruction it has been waiting for and begins to do what it was always designed to do.
What You Will Experience in a Session
We meet online through Zoom or WhatsApp, wherever you happen to be in the world. Distance makes no difference to the outcome of the work. Everything required to begin repairing your body is already inside you. Here's what a session actually looks like, step by step.
1. We connect, wherever you are.
The session happens over Zoom or WhatsApp. Location never matters.
2. You ground yourself.
You close your eyes and imagine your feet rooting into the earth, like a tree drawing stillness up through the ground. There's no right or wrong way to do this. It simply settles your nervous system before the work begins.
3. I go to zero.
I close my eyes and clear my mind completely. I call this going to zero. When my mind is fully still, I enter what's known as the waking dream, an altered state where the answers I'm looking for come to me rather than me having to search for them.
4. Your energetic body appears.
I see you in my mind's eye in a translucent form, not flesh and bone, but the living field of intelligence that animates everything physical about you. The disruption between your brain and the affected area shows up as a distinct red, while the rest of your energetic body glows in soft white and blue.
5. The restoration begins.
I visualize the broken connection being replaced by a new pathway between your brain and the wound. I watch the signal travel down, get received, and travel back to confirm the connection has been restored. I send that signal back and forth repeatedly, reinforcing the new pathway each time.
6. You may feel it happening.
Most people notice something while the work is underway: a warm sensation moving through the body, a tingling unlike anything felt before, more freedom of movement, or a deep relaxation settling into an area that's been held tight for a long time.
You don't need to visualize any of this along with me for it to work. Your only role is to be present and receptive, and I'll share with you everything I'm shown during the session.
Once we've established the connection and seen how your body is responding, we can talk about what a course of sessions might look like for you specifically. Each person heals on their own timeline, shaped by what created the disruption in the first place. Some people need only a few sessions. Others need more time. Whatever your timeline turns out to be, the work meets you exactly where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does chronic nerve pain last?
Some nerve pain will resolve on its own over time as the brain and nervous system help the affected cells return to their normal state of operation. The body is remarkably capable of self-repair when the communication channel between the brain and the injured area remains intact. However, some nerve pain will not diminish with time because the signal between the brain and the injured area has received damage substantial enough that it cannot repair itself without assistance. When the channel is disrupted beyond the body's ability to self-correct, the cells function improperly, neither healing nor receiving the instruction they need to do so. This is precisely the situation that Signal Restoration Therapy was designed to address.
How to repair damaged nerves naturally
Most chronic nerve pain treatments are built to manage the pain, not resolve it. Medication, physical therapy, and pain interventions can make life more bearable, but they don't always address why the pain is still there in the first place. The body already has what it needs to heal. What often gets in the way is a break in the signal between the brain and the injured area. When that signal isn't getting through, the cells wait. They don't heal and they don't receive new instructions, they just hold. Signal Restoration Therapy works on that signal directly, so the healing instructions the body has been waiting for can finally get through.
How does Signal Restoration Therapy approach autoimmune conditions?
Autoimmune conditions are some of the most isolating diagnoses a person can carry, because conventional medicine can manage the symptoms but rarely offers a way back to feeling like yourself underneath them. When I work with someone carrying an autoimmune condition, what I notice is a kind of static running between the parts of the body that are supposed to be working as a team. The body has not turned against you. It feels more like a part of it has lost track of who is actually on its side. Signal Restoration Therapy works at that level, helping the body find its way back to recognizing its own, alongside whatever care you are already receiving.
How does Signal Restoration Therapy approach menopause?
Menopause is one of the most significant signal disruption events the female body experiences in a lifetime. The hormonal shifts that accompany this transition send reverberations throughout the body. Systems that used to run quietly underneath everything become disruptive. It can feel like your whole body is changing faster than you can adjust to it. Sleep, mood, temperature, and energy usually move together, each one taking its cue from the others. During this transition, they can stop moving in sync, losing their usual coordination with each other. Signal Restoration Therapy works at that level, on the communication between the body's systems, helping them find a new way of working together through this transition, alongside whatever else you're already doing to support yourself.
Can Signal Restoration Therapy help with back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain?
Chronic joint and muscle pain is one of the most common presentations I work with across my years of professional practice since 2008. In the vast majority of cases something beyond the structural injury itself is keeping the pain alive. When a back, knee, or shoulder sustains damage the brain immediately begins sending healing signals to the affected area, and in many cases the body repairs itself fully over time. But when the signal pathway between the brain and the injured joint or tissue has been disrupted or corrupted by the injury itself, by scar tissue, by chronic inflammation, or by the sustained stress of living in pain, those healing instructions stop getting through and the area remains in a state of ongoing distress long after the original injury should have resolved. Signal Restoration Therapy works to restore that communication so the brain's healing instructions finally reach the tissue, the joint, the nerve, and the muscle that have been waiting for them.
Brain Injuries, Concussions & Comas
Can Signal Restoration Therapy help with concussion and post-concussion syndrome?
A concussion is one of the most complex signal disruption events the brain can experience, and for the ten to twenty percent of people whose symptoms do not resolve within the first few weeks, conventional medicine offers very little beyond rest and time. Post concussion syndrome develops precisely because the disruption to the brain's signaling system is substantial enough that the brain cannot fully restore its own communication pathways without assistance.
When I tune into a client who is dealing with a concussion or post concussion syndrome, what appears in my mind's eye is unlike other injuries. Rather than a single disrupted pathway, I see a cluster of disrupted signals that looks like fuzz, a diffuse interference that prevents the normal flow of messaging from passing through with precision. The sensory inputs the brain receives do not reach their destination fully intact, and the brain's output to the nervous system becomes corrupted as a result. This is what produces the brain fog, the sensitivity to light and sound, and the disturbances in balance that concussion sufferers know so well.
What many people are not told is that the disruption does not stop at the physical. Emotional signals are corrupted as well. Feelings of anger and sadness can become amplified beyond what the situation warrants. Levels of tolerance can be significantly reduced, producing an agitated and easily triggered state that can strain relationships and make daily life feel unmanageable. This is not a personality change. It is a signal disruption event affecting the emotional regulatory system of the brain.
Signal Restoration Therapy works to address the full cluster of disruption rather than individual symptoms in isolation. By helping the brain restore its signaling pathways and clear the interference that is corrupting both physical and emotional communication, the brain can begin functioning with the precision it had before the injury. The fuzz begins to clear. The signals start arriving intact. And the person who felt lost inside their own mind begins finding their way back.
Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic brain injury is among the most complex presentations I encounter in this work. The brain's ability to process and transmit signals is in a damaged state of operation, and what I witness when I tune in is unlike other injuries. Partial signals drift aimlessly, never fully created or received, floating without any knowing of where or how to land properly. The work here is slow, gentle, and steady, a reconstruction process in which new pathways need to be created to carry messages to their proper destinations because the original ones have been compromised beyond their ability to self restore.
Progress can be slow and requires consistent effort over time, but the brain is capable of things that are beyond what conventional medicine is willing to imagine. If it is still functional, it can never be discounted from the healing process.
Coma
Over the years I have worked with several clients whose brains have been so severely injured that they were in comas, and with others who were placed in medically induced comas in an attempt to protect the brain from further harm following a traumatic injury. This work carries both a mechanical and a spiritual dimension that makes it unique.
The brain and the soul do not understand what has happened. The spirit becomes confused because the body is not awakening, and it is unfamiliar with this kind of malfunction. Left without guidance, it can begin to wonder whether it is time to leave the body entirely. The shamanic aspect of my work allows me to communicate directly with the soul and bring it awareness, understanding, and compassion, to help it feel safe and trust in the process while the brain is working to heal.
The extraordinary work that hospital ICU teams do every day to give people the best possible chance for survival deserves the full credit when someone does come back. My work is designed to complement theirs and could never be considered a replacement for it. What I offer is a presence beside the medical work, tending to the dimension of the person that the monitors cannot measure and the medications cannot reach.
